miss jackie welcomed us warmly at reception and assisted us promptly. she arranged a lovely room and sent a fruit platter as a kind gesture. chef rock and his team surprised us with a breakfast and a beautifully presented cake. their hospitality.

the room cleaning staff was not thorough . they cleaned the cutlery, but i noticed food stains remained on the spoons and forks. it made me question whether the items were changed or merely wiped down. i hope they improve their room cleaning services.

The staff were friendly and always happy to assist. Breakfast was very good, I think. There was a VARIETY of restaurants to dine in. I appreciated the clean and spacious bedroom.

The reception staff seemed rude and not interested in helping with queries. I was disappointed to find soft drinks were NOT included with meal times initially. The kids' pool was out of action, it seemed.
