Reviews and Ratings
While the hotel boasts a fantastic location right next to Grand Central Station, allowing for easy access to many attractions, my overall experience was marred by issues with the room's cleanliness and comfort. Although dining options are nearby, the lack of quality amenities and disturbances during the night made it a less ideal choice for relaxation. The marketplace credit is a nice touch, but not enough to outweigh the other drawbacks.
I had a pretty enjoyable stay at the hotel with a fantastic view of the Chrysler Building and a great location that made exploring the city really easy. The staff was welcoming and helpful, particularly during our Halloween-themed activities, which my kids loved. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow and they had some unexpected fees that caught me off guard. Overall, it was a fun experience with some room for improvement.
The hotel has a lot going for it, especially its handy location right next to Grand Central Station, making it easy to explore the city. While the rooms are clean, they're definitely on the small side and a bit dated, so not ideal if you're looking for spacious accommodation. The service varied; while some staff were quite helpful, others left a lot to be desired. I found the dining options a bit limited in variety, which didn't quite meet my expectations.
The Grand Hyatt New York has an unbeatable location near many key attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, the service was disappointing, with a lack of prompt assistance and unhelpful interactions from staff. The rooms, while spacious, showed signs of wear and could definitely use some upgrades. Additionally, the dining options were underwhelming, leading to a mixed overall experience.
While the hotel possesses an unbeatable location near Grand Central Station, making it easy to explore New York City, I had a mixed experience during my stay. The rooms could use some updates, as they felt quite dated and dark, impacting my comfort level. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, making it frustrating to stay connected. On a positive note, the cleanliness of the common areas was noteworthy, and the $15 marketplace credit provided a small but appreciated benefit.
